• "Platform" — the GROWDNA website, application and all related features and services.
• "User" — any person using the Platform, including athletes, parents/legal guardians, coaches and other adult users.
• "Athlete" — a user whose account is used for personal athletic and mental development.
• "Parent" — a parent or legal guardian holding a parent account or supervising a minor's account.
• "Coach" — a person providing 1:1 coaching or other services through the Platform.
• "AI Features" — the AI Coach, AI Parent Coach and any other automated guidance or content generation features.
• "Content" — text, images, video, results, reflections and other materials available on or submitted to the Platform.

The Platform is designed to support young athletes, and parts of it are intended for minors. Access, account types and features may be restricted based on age and applicable national law.

Where a user is below the age required by applicable law to use an online service independently, to enter into a contract, or to consent to certain data processing, the involvement, authorization or consent of a parent or legal guardian is required. The applicable age threshold depends on the user's country of residence and is configurable in the Platform. [SUBJECT TO LEGAL REVIEW]

Minors do not automatically have legal capacity to purchase services. Paid services must be purchased by a parent, legal guardian or another adult with legal capacity, or with their verifiable authorization.

You must provide accurate information when creating an account and keep it up to date. You are responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential and for activity that takes place under your account.

We may refuse, suspend or remove an account where information is inaccurate, where the account is used in breach of these Terms, or where required by law.

A parent or legal guardian may create a parent account in order to authorize a minor's use of the Platform, purchase services, and access parent-oriented features.

By creating or authorizing a minor's account, the parent confirms that they are the parent or legal guardian of that athlete and that they accept these Terms on their own behalf and on behalf of the minor where required.

Athlete accounts are personal. They are used for training reflections, plans, challenges, progress and interaction with AI Features. Athletes must not share their account with anyone else.

Certain features may be limited, adapted or disabled for younger athletes to provide an age-appropriate experience.

Parent Mode provides parents with guidance, educational material and, where enabled, summarized information about their child's activity and development on the Platform.

The scope of information visible in Parent Mode is designed to balance parental involvement with the young athlete's reasonable expectation of privacy. Not all athlete content is necessarily shared with parents; the applicable settings are described in the Platform and in the Privacy Policy.

Linking an athlete account with a parent account requires confirmation from both sides or, where the athlete is a minor, a verification process defined by the Platform.

A link can be removed where a relationship changes or where continued linkage would not be appropriate. Disputes about parental responsibility are matters between the individuals concerned; GROWDNA is not able to adjudicate custody or guardianship questions.

The AI Coach provides educational and coaching-oriented conversations about confidence, focus, pressure, motivation, routines and similar mental-performance topics.

The AI Coach is a software feature. It is not a person, not a licensed professional, and its guidance is general in nature. See the AI Disclaimer below.

The AI Parent Coach offers parents general guidance about supporting a young athlete — communication, pressure, motivation and healthy sporting environments.

It does not provide parenting, medical, psychological, educational or legal advice for a specific child or situation.

Plans, exercises, summaries, reflections and recommendations may be generated automatically. AI-generated content may contain inaccuracies or may not fit a particular person or situation.

You are responsible for using judgment before acting on AI-generated content, and for involving a parent, coach or qualified professional where appropriate.

The AI Coach and AI Parent Coach provide educational and coaching-oriented guidance only. They are NOT medical professionals, psychologists, psychiatrists, doctors, physiotherapists, dietitians or emergency services, and they are not a substitute for qualified professional care.

AI responses may be inaccurate, incomplete or unsuitable for a particular situation. The AI does not and must not diagnose mental-health conditions, injuries, medical conditions, eating disorders or psychological disorders.

If you are worried about your health, safety or mental well-being — or that of a child — please contact a qualified professional. In an urgent or serious situation, contact your local emergency services or an appropriate crisis service immediately.

Game Mode offers mental-performance simulations such as competition preparation, training preparation and "what if" scenarios. Simulations are training tools, not predictions of real outcomes.

Challenges, games, tests and tracking features are self-assessment and practice tools designed to support development and motivation.

Test scores and tracked values are indicative only. They are not clinical assessments, diagnostic instruments or professional talent evaluations.

Custom Plans generate a personalized sequence of phases and tasks based on the information you provide. Plans adapt over time based on your activity and feedback.

Plans are guidance. Always adapt them to your own situation and follow the instructions of your coach, club or a qualified professional where relevant.

Quick Home Workouts are general bodyweight activity suggestions. Physical activity carries inherent risk.

Before starting any physical activity, make sure it is appropriate for your age, health and fitness level; where the user is a minor, a parent or guardian should review it. Stop immediately if you feel pain, dizziness or discomfort and seek professional advice.

Athlete ID is a digital sports profile where a user may record training, matches, results, achievements, tests, skills, camps, videos and other development information.

You are responsible for the accuracy of information you enter and for having the right to upload any content, including content featuring other people.

1:1 coaching sessions are personal development and mental-performance coaching sessions. They are not therapy, psychological treatment or medical care.

Where the athlete is a minor, a parent or legal guardian must book, authorize and — where required by the coach or applicable safeguarding rules — be present or reachable during the session.

Booking, cancellation, rescheduling and refunds are governed by the Refund & Cancellation Policy.

Courses, guides, video content and other digital products are licensed to you for personal, non-commercial use. You may not copy, resell, share, publish or redistribute them.

Where the Platform offers a marketplace, some products or services may be provided by third-party sellers or coaches. In those cases the contract for that product or service is concluded with the relevant provider unless clearly stated otherwise.

The role of GROWDNA (as a seller or as an intermediary) will be identified at the point of purchase. [SUBJECT TO LEGAL REVIEW]

Paid plans and products are described with their price and billing period before purchase. Subscriptions renew automatically for the selected period until cancelled.

Payments are processed by [PAYMENT PROVIDER]. GROWDNA does not store full payment card details. Invoices and receipts are issued in accordance with applicable law.

If a payment fails, access to paid features may be paused until payment is completed.

Where a free trial is offered, its length and conditions are shown before you start it. Unless cancelled before the trial ends, the subscription continues as a paid subscription at the stated price.

You can cancel a subscription at any time from your account settings or via the customer portal provided by [PAYMENT PROVIDER]. Cancellation stops future renewals; access normally continues until the end of the paid period.

Refunds are handled in accordance with the Refund & Cancellation Policy and with mandatory consumer protection law, which is not affected by these Terms.

You receive a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the Platform for its intended purpose.

Do not upload content that is unlawful, harmful, offensive, or that infringes anyone's rights or privacy — including videos or images of other people without a valid basis.

Use the Platform respectfully and for its intended purpose: your own development, or supporting a young athlete's development.

• Using the Platform for unlawful, harmful, abusive, harassing or discriminatory purposes.
• Attempting to contact, groom, exploit or inappropriately interact with a minor.
• Sharing, reselling or automating access to accounts or paid content.
• Attempting to bypass security, scrape data, reverse engineer or disrupt the Platform.
• Using AI Features to generate harmful, illegal or misleading content, or misrepresenting AI output as professional advice.
• Uploading content you do not have the right to share.

Personal data is processed as described in the Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of your use of the Platform.

Protecting young users is a core design principle of GROWDNA. Our approach is based on privacy by design, data minimization, age-appropriate experiences, parental involvement where required, safe communication and responsible AI use.

• We aim to collect only the information needed to deliver the service to a young athlete.
• Features, content and AI tone are designed to be age-appropriate.
• Where required, a parent or legal guardian must be involved before an account is created, a purchase is made or certain data is processed.
• Inappropriate interaction with minors is strictly prohibited and may result in immediate termination and reporting to the competent authorities.
• Users and parents can report concerns, unsafe content or inappropriate behaviour at [CONTACT EMAIL]; reports are reviewed and acted upon.
• Safeguarding rules apply to 1:1 coaching, including parental authorization and appropriate session arrangements.

GROWDNA is an educational and coaching platform. It does not provide medical care, psychological or psychiatric treatment, diagnosis, therapy, physiotherapy or nutritional therapy.

Nothing on the Platform should be used as a substitute for advice from a qualified professional. If you have a health concern, consult a doctor or another qualified professional.

AI Features can misunderstand context, produce outdated or incorrect information, and may not recognize a serious situation. Human judgment must always remain in the loop.

We do not guarantee improved performance, selection to a team, professional contracts, scholarships, tournament results, or any specific psychological or physical outcome. Results depend on many individual factors outside our control.

The Platform relies on third-party providers (for example hosting, authentication, database, AI, payment, analytics, email and video/storage providers). Their services are governed by their own terms.

We work to keep the Platform available and reliable, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted availability. Maintenance, updates or technical issues may temporarily limit access.

You may stop using the Platform and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate access where these Terms are breached, where there is a safety risk, or where required by law.

Termination does not affect rights or obligations that arose before it, including mandatory consumer rights.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages, loss of results, opportunities or data arising from the use of the Platform.

We may add, change or discontinue features to improve the Platform. Where a change materially reduces a paid service, we will inform affected users and, where required, offer an appropriate remedy.
